Fact Sheets

The MLTCOP provides easy to read fact sheets on topics of which we often receive questions. We have created these fact sheets as a way to explain complicated and sometimes confusing long term care issues. These fact sheets are available electronically from the website or a printed copy can be provided by the local ombudsman. The fact sheets are available in Arabic, Chinese, English and Spanish.
